Quadrigram: Privacy Policy

    1. This Privacy Policy details how QUADRIGRAM collects, uses and shares information gathered from the users, as well as explaining how QUADRIGRAM data is processed and stored.

    1. The information and permissions that we collect

  1. When you visit any QUADRIGRAM site, like the Home

    1. Like all web servers, our web server logs information about which pages you access, and information about your device (device or browser type and IP).

  2. When you access the editor

    1. When you access the editor for the first time, QUADRIGRAM will request permissions on your Google Account. These permissions include access to your basic account information, your name, your email and your thumbnail image, and permissions on your space on Google Drive.

    2. These permissions are necessary because QUADRIGRAM uses Google Drive to support all the files required to work. This includes information about your projects and access to the files you use to feed these projects.

    3. QUADRIGRAM creates a directory in your Google Drive space when you access the editor. In this directory it will store all the projects you create in the editor, and the files you add to your projects that are not already in your Google Drive space.

    4. In order to do these tasks, QUADRIGRAM needs access with all read and write permissions on your Google Drive space.

    5. We will never use these permissions to create or modify files that are outside of this directory created by the publisher.

  3. Quadrigram data storage

    1. All files generated when creating a QUADRIGRAM project are stored in your Google Drive account. This includes a specific file that contains the configuration and detail of each project created, and the new resource files that you add to any project and that do not already exist in your Google Drive space.

    2. These files are stored securely in the available Google Drive space like any other file you already have, and you can manage them as you wish. There are no hidden or protected files in any way that prevents you from viewing them, accessing their content or modifying them in any way.

  4. When errors occur

      If an error condition occurs whilst using the application, the application may send an error report back to the servers. This report contains the program line and condition that occurred. Such reports contain no personal information or parts of your project data, nor do they contain any substantial information regarding your usage of the application.

  5. About the collected information

    1. QUADRIGRAM collects personal information on sign up process: your real name, e-mail address, and URL thumbnail information. QUADRIGRAM collects information about the user's performance.

    2. Under the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your data will be incorporated in automated files owned by QUADRIGRAM SL, in order to inform operational and service improvements. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to QUADRIGRAM SL, Pasaje Mercader nº 8, 08008 Barcelona or support@quadrigram.com.

  6. Information uses

    1. We use PII for internal uses. The Personal Information is to contact you, improve, operate, and maintain the Application and services, and for other administrative purposes.

    2. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to ours products and services: special offers, announcements, new services, etc.

    3. Your account password is never stored as plain text in our database. Only an encrypted value of this password is stored. The only way to reset or change your current password is using our Application.

    4. We may disclose PII in response to a law enforcement agency's request, or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities and suspected fraud.

    5. We reserve the right to provide anonymous information reporting for internal and external clients.

    6. We reserve right to share PII about you with our partners, under confidentiality agreements, to help us improve our product and service. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.

    7. We reserve the right to transfer all PII in our system if QUADRIGRAM or one of our business units is acquired, sold or merged with another company.

  7. Cookies policy
