The information and permissions that we collect
When you visit any QUADRIGRAM site, like the Home
Like all web servers, our web server logs information about which pages you access, and information about your device (device or browser type and IP).
When you access the editor
When you access the editor for the first time, QUADRIGRAM will request permissions on your Google Account. These permissions include access to your basic account information, your name, your email and your thumbnail image, and permissions on your space on Google Drive.
These permissions are necessary because QUADRIGRAM uses Google Drive to support all the files required to work. This includes information about your projects and access to the files you use to feed these projects.
QUADRIGRAM creates a directory in your Google Drive space when you access the editor. In this directory it will store all the projects you create in the editor, and the files you add to your projects that are not already in your Google Drive space.
In order to do these tasks, QUADRIGRAM needs access with all read and write permissions on your Google Drive space.
We will never use these permissions to create or modify files that are outside of this directory created by the publisher.
Quadrigram data storage
All files generated when creating a QUADRIGRAM project are stored in your Google Drive account. This includes a specific file that contains the configuration and detail of each project created, and the new resource files that you add to any project and that do not already exist in your Google Drive space.
These files are stored securely in the available Google Drive space like any other file you already have, and you can manage them as you wish. There are no hidden or protected files in any way that prevents you from viewing them, accessing their content or modifying them in any way.
When errors occur
If an error condition occurs whilst using the application, the application may send an error report back to the servers. This report contains the program line and condition that occurred. Such reports contain no personal information or parts of your project data, nor do they contain any substantial information regarding your usage of the application.
